The museum houses a permanent exhibition across two floors. On the first floor, visitors can explore the personal collection and artistic work of Carlos Cambelopoulos, which includes sculptures, paintings, and monotypes. One standout feature is the creatively curated hairdressing salon installation, showcasing tools and accessories from the hairdressing world, spanning the past century and today. The display includes wigs, combs, vintage salon furniture, rare publications, opera-related memorabilia, and photographs of hairstyles.

The second floor features the founder’s diverse private collection of modern and contemporary works by renowned Greek and European artists such as Fassianos, Tsarouchis, Engonopoulos, Moralis, Moirignot, Giacometti, and Jean Cocteau. This floor also houses a library with rare art books and publications dating from the 18th century onward, offering a deeper look into the history and evolution of European art.
