Located in the heart of Chania at 98–102 Chalidon Street, the Municipal Gallery of Chania plays a key role in the city’s cultural landscape. Since its founding in 2002, it has become an important arts space, dedicated to showcasing and supporting Greek and international artistic expression. The gallery highlights the significance of art as a means of understanding culture, identity, and contemporary life.
The Municipal Art Gallery of Chania occupies a three-story building equipped with a lift and full access for visitors with disabilities. In addition to exhibitions, it offers educational programs, events, and workshops designed for adults and children, promoting wider participation in the arts.
